Regional Finalist in the Australian Pinot Noir Challenge 2024
The Australian Pinot Noir Challenge 2024 results have been released and we are thrilled to announce that the 2023 La Maison Pinot Noir was selected as a Regional Finalist for Tasmania and awarded 95 points.
Our 2023 Pinot Noir was also awarded 95 points in this year's challenge.
The Australian Pinot Noir Challenge has been running since 2017 and is a celebration of the best regions and Pinot Noir producers in the country.
Chair of Judges Lindsay McCall said, "Australia is widely recognised for producing premium Pinot Noir, particularly from our cool-climate regions. The Pinot Noir Challenge celebrates the complexity and elegance of this variety. It also highlights the incredible wines from all regions and showcases the ethereal nature of this captivating and complex grape, which has earned its place as one of the world’s most exclusive and expensive wines.”
Congratulations to Chief Winemaker Liam McElhinney and the team in Tasmania on these great results.
